Overview

Nistec, the largest firm of its kind in Israel using Cadence tools, provides the highest quality custom PCB design and layout services.

With advanced technology development, and live support from our engineering teams and assembly lines, Nistec is instantly responsive to your product design needs, building in solutions that lower costs.

Leveraging these unique cost-efficient PCB design and manufacturing capabilities, Nistec’s scalable, around-the-clock service helps you reduce time-to-market, increase profitability and competitively introduce your product to customer.

PCB Layout

Nistec provides PCB layout services of the highest quality, utilizing the foremost core technology. With the largest facility of its kind using Cadence and Mentor tools in Israel, Nistec boasts a PCB layout team that is a leader in the industry.

Our unmatched design and layout quality is a direct result of the Nistec Group’s internal synergy. Our engineering teams and assembly lines provide immediate feedback during the design stage, reducing the time-to-market, and enhancing fabrication and assembly yields for high-end design-for-manufacturing boards.

Nistec has developed computer aided design (CAD) software thatdrastically cuts layout time. our CAD software dramatically increases user productivity, and significantly reduces time-to-market and time-to-profitability.
Our experienced team prides itself on its speed (working three shifts daily), high quality, and design ingenuity in creating complex, high-density, high-speed PCBs.

  • High-speed digital, analog, mixed and RF designs
  • High-density interconnect > 600 pins / sq. inch
  • High layer-count boards: 20+ layers
  • Control impedance/delay matching
  • ASIC evaluation boards
  • Motherboards, high-speed serial backplanes, single-board computers
  • Component library development and maintenance
  • DFM/DFA testing (VALOR)

Pre/Post Layout Simulation

High-speed behavior is no longer limited to a few critical signals and can often affect more than 50% of the signals on the board. Each major net/bus must be considered individually, with a discrete strategy developed for implementation.

Transmission line behavior has become so complex that simulation is essential to augment designer experience. Manufacturing tolerances (e.g., slow/fast and typical devices or the allowable range of characteristic impedance) must be taken into account to ensure that the resulting design can function within specifications even under worst-case scenarios.

By using high-speed design and analysis tools early in the design cycle, system designers can eliminate layout iterations and ensure that products are marketed on time.

Nistec will help you accomplish that goal by introducing and implementing key high-speed tools into your design environment.

Key Benefits:

  • Reduces high-speed interconnect design time and increases the likelihood of first-pass success.
  • Improves product performance through solution space exploration.
  • Eliminates the need for physical prototypes for multiple qualifications of multi-gigabit-per-second serial links through advanced seriation techniques.
  • Reduces end-product unit cost, with a potent add-on option for PCB power delivery system network design.
  • Shortens design cycle time through faster tradeoffs of MGH signals using S-parameters and single or coupled analytical via modeling

Electronic Design

To stay competitive in today’s market, engineers must take a design from engineering through manufacturing with shorter design cycles and faster time-to-market. To be successful, they need to prepare schematic files that work seamlessly across the entire design flow.

By combining schematic design entry capabilities with board layout technology, Nistec captures design intent right the first time. This accelerates application development, increases productivity, lowers overall costs and cuts the time-to-market.

Nistec offers everything from schematic design services to scalable design creation to layout:

  • Electronic design
  • Digital/high speed
  • FPGA/CPLD
  • RF
  • Analog/power supply
  • DFX
  • Schematic development
  • Signal integrity simulation (pre- and post-route)
  • Component engineering
  • Specification development
